Hi! So, I got the invite through my YouTube channel as well and I feel very honored to be working with this team. You can just call me Sally, I'm not Korean hehe. But I took up Korean as 3rd language since secondary school so I'm fluent in it now. I'm fluent in 3 other languages too, mainly English, Malay and Spanish. I can help with the translating, timing/typesetting and/or editing. I'll do my best so let's work well together! Let's go!

HallyuShows is officially recruiting for Hallyu Sub Team who are willing to dedicate their time! We are here to bring quality English subs together for Korean variety shows.

Currently, we're in need of:
-Translators
-Editors
-Timers/Typesetters


Translators are required to be fluent in Korean, but not necessarily in English. However, we expect translation works to be understandable so that our editors can edit your work without any major confusion. Of course, we prefer someone who is good in both languages though. ^^

Editors are there to edit any English grammar errors/mistakes, hence they are required to be fluent in English. You don't necessarily need any experience or prove your previous works, but I encourage all the editors (and staff members) to always keep in touch and turn in their edited works on time.

Timers/Typesetters should be comfortable with timing programs like Aegisubs, etc. Typesetters are required know how to imitate the screen texts from the show.
