Simple rules to follow for translators:
1. You need to indicate the speaker by using a colon : .
2. Use [square brackets] for screentexts.
3. The translation file can be .txt or .word, depending on the program you used.
4. If you've skipped a clearly spoken line because you aren't sure of the meaning, please leave a sidenote and make sure to inform me (or the timer) when you're turning in your work.
5. If you're using acronyms or simplified words for guests' names, etc, please write it down on the top of your translation.
6. Please let us know ahead of the time if you are somehow unable to finish your work that you signed up for.
7. Enjoy~

Example of the format:: (you can certainly use your own format as long as it's clear.)

SG = Sunggyu
SD = Shindong
SG = Soogeun
BM = Byungman
PD = Producing Director
* = More than 1 speakers OR not sure of the speaker.

HallyuShows is officially recruiting for Hallyu Sub Team who are willing to dedicate their time! We are here to bring quality English subs together for Korean variety shows.

Currently, we're in need of:
-Translators
-Editors
-Timers/Typesetters


Translators are required to be fluent in Korean, but not necessarily in English. However, we expect translation works to be understandable so that our editors can edit your work without any major confusion. Of course, we prefer someone who is good in both languages though. ^^

Editors are there to edit any English grammar errors/mistakes, hence they are required to be fluent in English. You don't necessarily need any experience or prove your previous works, but I encourage all the editors (and staff members) to always keep in touch and turn in their edited works on time.

Timers/Typesetters should be comfortable with timing programs like Aegisubs, etc. Typesetters are required know how to imitate the screen texts from the show.
